European Commission Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) holds Monitoring at Khazar University

On December 15, 2015, a monitoring meeting was held at Khazar University for the “Establishment of a Foundation for the Integration of Disabled People into HEIs of Azerbaijan” (ESFIDIP) TEMPUS project. The monitoring was carried out by Karolina Garbaliauskaite, representative of the European Commission Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), and Parviz Baghirov, Director of the National ERASMUS+ Program Office for Azerbaijan. Other participants included representatives of local partners in the project: Sumgayit State University, Ganja State University, Nakhchivan State University, Union of Organizations for Disabled People (Davud Rehimli), the Scientific Research and Training Center for Labor and Social Problems within the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the working group from Khazar University.
Rima Mammadova, Project Manager, made a presentation at the meeting about project on the progress, work currently underway and future tasks. Karolina Garbaliauskaite positively evaluated the progress so far on the project and asked questions. At the end of the meeting, the participants discussed how the project is going at local partner universities and difficulties they face.
This was the second monitoring meeting for the ESFIDIP project.
