You are cordially invited to attend the 12th Annual Assembly of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, EaP beyond 2020: renewing commitments to rights, security, and the green agenda, to be held online from 7 to 10 December.

Ahead of the Eastern Partnership Summit in early 2021, this flagship civil society event will bring together more than 300 CSOs and EaP and EU decision-makers to explore the contours of the EaP policy beyond 2020. Against the backdrop of the recently de-escalated conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, a severe political crisis in Belarus, and a number of important elections that have taken place in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, the event will focus on the new milestones of the future EaP policy by 2025, security challenges for the region, the role of civil society in supporting the objectives of the European Green Deal, and recent trends in civil society development.

The EaP CSF Annual Assembly is usually held in person and open to delegate organisations only. However, this year, the participation of member organisations like yours would be very much appreciated. You will be able to listen in all plenary sessions and interact with other members and delegates of the Forum within a dedicated networking lounge.

As a reminder, your organisation, Azerbaijan Union of Disabled People Organizations (UDPO), is a member of the Forum and you are part of WG . All invitations are personalised and no replacements can be requested to the organisers.

Our Annual Assembly will be held, as usual, in both English and in Russian, with simultaneous interpretation channels provided as part of the online meeting platform.
